Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the myliljam website and services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by LashPlus Corporation Limited (Business Registration No. 71059080), a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

myliljam provides an automated website audit that scores a website across selected dimensions, together with paid deliverables:

• Free check-up — automated scores and a count of issues found, provided at no charge and for general information only.
• Diagnosis report (USD 9.90, one-off) — a bespoke digital report naming the issues found and the direction to address them, generated for the URL and email you provide.
• Treatment (subscription) — an optional, separately agreed monthly engagement to implement fixes and monitor results.

2. Nature of the deliverable

Scores and reports are produced by automated analysis combined with professional judgement. They are informational recommendations, not guarantees of any specific ranking, traffic, revenue, conversion, or commercial outcome. You remain responsible for any changes you make to your own website.

3. Payment

The diagnosis report is a one-off charge of USD 9.90, processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorise us to generate and deliver the report to the email address you provide.

4. Bespoke digital goods & refunds

The diagnosis report is a bespoke digital item generated on purchase. As set out in our Refund Policy, once the report has been delivered it is non-refundable, save where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only URLs you own or are authorised to audit, and not to use the Service to infringe any third party's rights, to overload or disrupt the Service, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and the format of our reports remain our property. On full payment you receive a licence to use the report you purchased for your own business purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, traffic, or data.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
