This Refund Policy applies to purchases from myliljam, operated by LashPlus Corporation Limited (Business Registration No. 71059080).
1. Diagnosis report (USD 9.90)
The diagnosis report is a bespoke digital item generated on purchase for the specific URL and email you provide. Because it is produced and delivered to you immediately, it is non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing checkout you confirm that you understand and agree to this, which is also recorded as part of your consent at the time of purchase.
2. If something goes wrong
We want you to receive what you paid for. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will re-issue the report or refund the USD 9.90:
- You were charged but no report was delivered.
- The report was not generated for the URL you submitted.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
3. Subscription (Treatment)
The optional monthly Treatment engagement can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid for the current period are not pro-rated unless separately agreed in writing.
