Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LashPlus Corporation Limited (Business Registration No. 71059080), operator of myliljam ("we", "us"), handles personal data. We keep what we collect to the minimum the Service needs.

1. What we collect

• The URL you submit for audit, and the public contents of that page that our scan reads.
• Your email address, when you request a report or contact us.
• Order evidence — when you consent and pay, we record the consent timestamp, your IP address and browser user-agent, and the payment reference. This protects both parties in the event of a dispute.
• Basic technical data generated by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) in the ordinary course of serving the site.

2. How we use it

• To run the audit you requested and generate and deliver your report.
• To process payment and maintain a record of the transaction.
• To respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email without a lawful basis.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered with Stripe directly and is not stored on our systems. We retain only the payment reference and amount.

4. Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and Google PageSpeed Insights (performance metrics, when you select those dimensions). Submitting a URL for a speed scan sends that URL to Google's API.

5. Retention

We keep order and consent records for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, consistent with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other applicable law. Email hello@mylittlejam.com to make a request.
